Who it’s for — teams deploying agents to EU users who need to meet the AI Act, not just hope they do. What it does — turns on the machine-readable AI-disclosure that rides every channel an agent speaks on, and exports the Annex IV technical documentation for each agent — so when a regulator or customer asks “is this AI, and how is it governed?”, the answer is a button, not a scramble.

Build it

  1. Enable AI disclosure. The Art. 50 aiDisclosure flag is inherited by every channel an agent publishes to — Slack, web chat, email — so users are told they’re talking to an AI, consistently.
  2. Export Annex IV documentation. On the agent detail page, use Tech Doc to export the Annex IV technical documentation (JSON or Markdown): purpose, model(s), data, and governance for that agent.
  3. Show the governance. Attach the verify, approval, and audit controls the Act expects for higher-risk use — human oversight and record-keeping, demonstrable.
  4. Map the rest. The Compliance page walks the Act article by article, plus GDPR and the other regimes, and what remains your responsibility.
  5. Keep it current — re-export the Tech Doc when an agent’s model or scope changes, so the documentation matches what’s deployed.
